Heads assembled to OEM specs for valve recession/protrusion

Connecting Rods

Clean and inspect
Wet magnuflux crack inspection
Rod bolts removed, parting edges machined and housing bore honed to OEM spec
Wrist pin bushings replaced, and housing bores cut to OEM spec on a center to center fixture

Clean and inspect
Wet magnuflux crack inspection
Micro polishing
Precision grinding
